Job Summary:

The Head of Composite Repair will lead the composite repair department, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair of composite aircraft structures. This role involves overseeing repair processes, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations
• Manage resources, tools, and materials required for composite repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in composite repair technology.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and operational efficiency of the department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in MRO and composite repair
• Minimum 2 of experience in composite repair within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, repair techniques, and industry regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in an MRO or airline environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
